Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
Summer was here. The evidence was everywhere. The way the hot son bore down upon the ground – an occasionally breeze swept by. It was beginning to go into the dry season so the storms grew less frequent as the time went by. The lakes and pounds were gradually beginning to dry up, but that is the process of nature, nothing to fret over. The meadow was filled with life, as new mothers wandered along their kin right behind them. Summer was a beautiful time, when everything was bright and green. A soft wind blew through the meadow, stirring up the blades of grass and ruffling the furs of the animals that were in the meadow at that time.
"Hellloooo..."
A young looking wolfess made her way into the meadow. She looked you, around five or so years, but she was more then a hundred. Her fur was a soft white and silver color which matched her large silver eyes perfectly. Her body was slender, but she wasn’t very tall only a foot or so above average. She paused as she looked around the meadow and took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Summer had to be one of her favorite seasons; however she could do without the blazing heat all the time. Her tail flickered behind her as she walked, enjoying the time she had on earth, well that was one of her several thrill in life – just to stop and smell the flowers as she likes to call it.
"Hellooo.."
The wind made the female remember her past, but unlike others she joyfully and openly let herself sink into her past memories. Her days with her parents –mainly her father – then the day she met her mate Ritsuki and then her pups. The only part that she skipped was her son’s Hiraku’s transformation, however deep in her heart she knows he turned out okay. She wouldn’t call her life perfect, seeing how she and Ritsuki parted ways and she was alone for the next 400 years of her life – but it wasn’t horrible. She liked her past; she was content about the events in it and wasn’t tragically messed up because of it. The calling of this wolfess happened to be Whisper Nightsun.
"Mooottthhheeerrr..."
The voices didn't seem to bother Whisper, after all she was able to talk to ghost. it might be strange, but it was in her nature. However she was so caught up in her own thoughts she didn't quite understand the last sentence, and when she asked the spirit what it was that he or she said, it did not reply. However this didn't seem strange to her at all, she was quite used to it for spirits to get annoyed that she wasn't paying attention. She sighed, she knew that he or she would come back sooner or later.

The bright sun was high in the sky. Not man coulds were about; just a few whisps here and there. The summer season was slowly passing into fall. The leaves were starting to change their colors to red, orange, yellow, and brown. A slight breeze blew through the Dovev Valley, shaking some of the loose leaves frim their tree and falling weightlessly through the air. It was afternoon here. And the perfect time for a wolf to be out and about.
The wolf that entered the valley had many different colors on his pelt. His back was navy blue; including the top of his tail. Just below navy was a layer of black. The tip of his tail was black, and a sliver on the front of his legs were too, as well as his eyelids and a cresent shaped marking on either side of his maw. Below black was a baby blue. There wasn't much of this color, but he did have a strip of it just above his back reaching from the back of his neck to his nose. The final color in his pelt is white, which was the lowest color on him. His paws and ears were white as well. A strange feature to him was that his nose was not black, but an apricot sort of color. You don't see this sort of thing often. His eyes were like no other. They were icy blue, with a thin outline of yellow around the edge. They were speckled with a darker blue, and they were very beautiful.
As tye trotted through the valley, he caught himself looking at the scenery. It was very interesting here. The grass was so tall that Tye could barely see where he was going. But it was lushious (sp?), so it was alright for the five year old wolf. He made his way through the grass heaps and found himself in a different place than he expected. There was a ring of pressed grass and blood stains. Perhaps this was a battle ground for wolves. There didn't seem to be much life, but Tye didn't care to much. He was very optomistic about things. He scanned the valley of anything else that may peak his itnerest.
He then saw another wolf. It was a female. She was grey and white in color, and looked petite, but still feminine. He wagged his tail and padded over to her. She looked friendly enough. He got the feeling that she was just talking to someone... But they must have left, since they were the only two wolves in the valley at the time. He sat down beside her, hoping she wouldn't mind making a new friend. "Hi. I'm Tye." He introduced, a smile on his maw and his tail wagging ferociously. "Who are you?" He asked, hoping she was friendly.

Whisper. {Into T H E Wind}
Whisper closed her eyes and took a deep breath, letting the wind ruffle her fur. She gradually reopened them as she looked around. Color leaves began to appear upon the trees. Summer was indeed faded away into fall. She did like fall, it was cool and the colors were absolutely beautiful. A small smile tugged across her maw as her tail gently swept the ground behind her. Today was indeed a peaceful day, what more could she ask for. Her life was content now. She lived in a nice pack, had plenty to eat, the scenery was gorgeous.
When the male spoke to her at first she thought it was the whisper of another spirit. However the voice seemed too close. Whisper shook her head and turned her head around to see a male sitting next to her. She was quite shocked for she thought she was alone, however she smiled slightly. “Hello, my name is Whisper.” She said in a soft tone.

Tye smiled happily to Whisper. She seemed surprised to see someone else there. "Hi Whisper. Are you in this pack too?" He asked in a bold voice, excited to be talking to another wolf. He had been a bit secluded since his sister abandoned him for someone that he introduced her too. He felt rejected. She was his only sister, and they were very close. It felt weird for him not to be with her. But he was getting over it. He's been trying to make friends again, and he planned to be friends with Whisper too.
He continued with what he asked. "I'm in this pack. It'd be cool if you were too." He said with a chipper smile placed on his maw. The black cresents on his maw were curved upwards in his gesture. His tail raised dirt from the ground, making it float further behind them in the breeze.
His blue and yellow eyes turned away from the female before him to a rock on his side. He examined it for a moment. It was large for a pebble. It was a dark blue in color. Just a bit darker than his pelt color. He smiled and put his paw on it. He looked back to Whisper. He was over excited at that particular moment. When he gets excited his attention span fails him. He wagged his tail more. "Hey... Wanna see something cool?" He asked, preparing to make her something with the rock underneath his paw.

Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
Whisper smiled softly as she stretched out her paws as she watched him. She nodded her head. “Yes, I’m part of this pack, I’ve been here for a few weeks I would say.” Whisper said, she wasn’t quite sure how long she was here, but she didn’t mind, she wasn’t planning on leaving anytime soon. Whisper tilted her head, he was a very energetic wolf, but she didn’t mind it. She would rather be talking to a wolf filled with energy then with none at all.
“He—“
She cut off the voice of the spirit with a shake of her head. Sometimes it was a burden. Couldn’t they give her five minutes of peace? She sighed and turned her attention back to Tye and looked at the rock. She smiled. “Yeah, sure.” She said as she wagged her tail a bit. He seemed friendly enough, she was curious what he was like however. Where was he from, why was he here…yeah Whisper was one to ask lots of questions, but she would wait.

Tye nodded to her. "I've been here for I'd say maybe one week. I'm still fairly new." He said politely. He wagged his tail harder when she wanted to see his surprise. He kept his paw over the rock, not letting her notice he was actually using his power over rocks. "Well, I have a special power. I can control just about anytihng having to do with stone. I can change their shape and size, and sometimes even color. I't pretty fun too. Especially when I make wolves gifts and I see the surprise on their face." He explained, and lifted his paw.
He had enlarged the dark blue pebble, so it was about the size of his paw. He had shapen it to look like a rose, a perfect rose. The petals were perfect, they looked almost realistic. He had slightly changed the color of the stem part of it to look more green. He didn't include thorns, of course. It was practically impossible to damage unless you intentially did something to it. He smiled, and picked it up by the "stem" and placed it in front of her. "Here. You can have it." He said in a polite and happy tone. He smiled sweetly. He could tell that they were going to be friends. He was begining to like her. She seemed nice enough.
He waited for her to say something. He wondered if this gift was too much like a love thing. He hoped it wasn't. He didn't really believe in love at first site. Though it happened to his sister, he didn't really want it to happen to him. He continued wagging his tail. He wagged his tail often. He was--so far-- Enjoying this pack.

Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
“Really? That’s amazing!” Whisper said happily. She loved hearing and seeing what others could do with their powers. It wasn’t that Whisper hated hers, she liked helping settle the spirits of lost souls and helping those who had lost a loved one…but sometimes she wished they would leave her alone. It made her feel a bit guilty, but overall she wouldn’t give up her powers for anything in the world. She truly did like helping others…but sometimes it felt like a burden, and she hated to even think that way.
Whisper watched in amazement as he turned the stone into a beautiful flower. She gasped and smiled brightly. “Oh my gosh it’s so beautiful! Thank you!” She said happily as she looked down upon the rose, she then looked back up to Tye. “I’ll keep this forever; I’ve never gotten something like this before.” She said in a happy voice. She took her paw and gently touched the rock, almost as if it was so fragile it was going to break at the slightest touch – but it didn’t. She really did like it, she looked up at Tye, he was really nice, perhaps they could become friends. She would like that.

The dark wolf was pleased that Whisper liked his powers. He liked them too. Not many could do the same thing he could. He smiled as she accepted the gift, thinking nothing of it as a love-type thing. He laughed. "I hope you haven't. I wouldn't feel as special." He said and lied down beside her. The sun had drifted towards the east. It I would set in a matter of hours. He smiled. Once you got past the blood stained area it was actually quite pretty. The changing trees, the sea of grass, the bright blue sky. He liked it.
He smiled at Whisper. She was very nice. Not like his sister's kindness. It was different, but better. His sister had power over water and ice. She made sculptures like him. "My sister taught me how to do that. She helped me with my powers, though, she controlled ice and water and stuff." He said to her. He turned to face her more. He wanted to know about her. "So, what powers do you have Whisper?" He asked, thinking about the possibilities for her. He would never suspect her true powers.

Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
“Nope, I haven’t.” Whisper said with a small smile upon her maw. Today had gotten even better. She lives in a nice place and she made a new friend. She stretched out her body, her muscles were getting kind of tense, she wondered how long she had been sitting here – quite a few hours she assumed seeing as she came here when the sun was still high up in the sky, and now she was beginning to see a faint pink and orange flicker throughout the sky. She turned her attention back to Tye when he asked her the question about her powers.
“Well…this may sound odd, but I can speak too spirits. Or more likely they can talk to me, seeing as most of the time they come to me.” She said with a small sigh, remembering her earlier thoughts. “It can be tiresome, sometimes. However…” she started. “My other power I absolutely love and never get tired of it. I am able to save people who are about to die, however it’s not as simple as it sounds. There are rules and restrictions.”

Tye listened intently to her powers. "She can speak with the dead? That's interesting. I would have never thouht of that for her..." He thought, though he was still optomistic about it. He thought it was kind of cool. Her other power made him smile. That sounded cool to him too. "That's cool. I wouldn't think of you to be the one talking to the dead. That's not meant to offend you in any way. But It fits your name." He said and took another breath. He liked talking to her. "So... You can save them, and if that doesn't work, you can still talk to them. It works out." He said with a happy smile on his face. He thought for a minute. "So do you have to be listening for them or do you just hear them when ever. Are there any around now?" He asked, looking around the area as ifhe could see them.
He couldn't of course, and looked up at a large tree to Whisper's side. It was a perfect tree. Tall, rounded, no stray branches, but it bared fruit. Pears. He heard that some of the members here were vegitarians... He pondered if Whisper was. He wasn't really, he just ate what ever he could find. He sure hoped he wouldn't offend anyone here by eating meat. He looked back to Whisper, then thought of something. "Hey, I can tell that each of us want to better get to know th other. So how about we play a game? Just to make it more fun." He thought, making the mood even brighter.

Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
Whisper smiled. “Yeah, well you can thank my parents for that. My mother wanted to wait to name us until we knew our powers and she saw our personalities. I was a month old when I heard my first spirit – of course I was freaked out, I had no idea what it was.” She said with a small laugh remembering it. She had though someone had whispered into her ear, but when she turned around no one was there. She told her parents about it and her father proudly claimed that she was just like him. She didn’t understand it now, but now she did, seeing as he was the God of Spirits. With that she had gotten her name. Whisper. Because that’s what spirits do, they whisper to her.
“Yeah sure, that sounds like fun.” She said happily wagging her tail a bit. “What kind of game?” She asked with a tilt of her head. She did want to know much more about this wolf, she liked learning about others.

Wiccan trotted briskly through the grasses in her territory, smiling a bit as she felt a satisfying tug on her fur from a few of them. The storm gray Alphess paused a moment, letting her head tip back to let her sweet alto voice ring across the area. It was rude to just randomly drop in on her pack members... The pack loved each other... She was their mother, their, at the time, sole provider and protector. If Wiccan had a mate, he would be their father. Wiccan flicked her torn ears to brush off the thought without laughing.
It wasn't that she had anything against love... Wiccan thought love was a beautiful thing! She just didn't see the need to have a mate.. Not for her at least. Who would want an ugly old thing like her anyway? Wiccan knew males wanted young, beautiful wolves as their mates. Nobody was going to bother with her. And Wiccan liked it that way.. Sometimes Wiccan did wonder what her life would be like, with a mate at her side, but it was always something that seemed so foggy... Just.. Not her.
Wiccan would always remain true to herself. If she never got to find out what love for another, more than your fellow packmate was, she would be happy. Wiccan knew that.. But there was always that nagging thought, deep in her mind...
What of Luminita when you pass?
Wiccan sighed, and trotted onward. She would figure something out. Wiccan let out another short howl, then began to lope onward, letting her troubles slide away for the time being...

He laughed with her as he heard a bit about her past. "My parents named me based on my pelt color. They thought of tye dyed things, so they named me Tye. Hearing voices would freak me out too." He agreed after saying where his name came from. He thought Whisper was a pretty name. It suited her well. She had a soft voice that was beautiful none the less, so it worked for her.
"Hmm..." He thought as he pondered the games he knew. "Lets see... I know Would you rather. Though, that's probably not good for getting information. Maybe we can play that later though. Oh! There's confessions. We could play that." He thought and settled for Confessions. "Do you know the game confessions? I could tell you how to play if you don't. It's not really a game, but still. We could change the rules to make it more fun." He said playfully, happy to be getting close to another individual. He made clear the rules in his head so if she didn't know how to play he could easily teach her.

Whisper. {Into T h e Wind}
Whisper shook her head. “Nope, I never heard of it. I never really played that many games when I was younger. Hmm, but I’m interested, tell me how it works and all that good stuff?” Whisper asked him with a grin. It seemed like an interesting game, and she really wanted to learn more about Tye. She would answer any question he asked about her life, her life was an open book – mostly because she never really had her heart broken (except for once, but she believes her son somehow managed to turn out good) and she never had trust issues.
“It looks like we have company…” Whisper whispered (lmao) to Tye as she turned and saw the Alphess not very far away, Whisper motioned her head and barked slightly telling Wiccan that she was more then free to wander over to her and Tye if she wished.

"Ah! Whisper," Wiccan greeted in a soft voice, "Good to see you! Who is this with? A new child of Luminita?" Leaning over in Whisper's direction she murmured softly in Whisper's ear, so that only she could hear, her voice light hearted and humorous, "Cute, isn't he?" The Alphess winked at Whisper mischeivously before adding in a bright, happy manner to Tye, "Now... Tell me your name stranger. You've probably heard of me, but if you haven't... I'm Wiccan, alphess, or as I like to say, mother of this pack."
Wiccan stopped talking and sat down, letting her gaze fall onto Tye. Whisper was alright, but she wasn't quite sure about Tye yet... Of course, she would probably lighten up around him soon. Wiccan was always friendly to her children... Her pack... The creatures she loved so much. Wiccan was also in an unusually good mood though. Though her sense of humor hadn't left her... Not completely... Yet.. No.. Not quite yet. Wiccan hoped she would never completely loose that. She needed that! Just as a mother needed to be light of heart to raise her pups to be that way, and needed to be strong to protect them.
Wiccan kept switching her amber gaze from Tye to Whisper, waiting for one of them to speak... Silence was always something that always bothered Wiccan... Too much of it in her younger days..
